New steps lead down into the paved pool area and directly adjacent to them is a partially sunken hot tub, which is surrounded by grey composite decking that links to the oak framework of the garden room/office.

New borders have been created around the paved areas and paths, and an extensive terrace has been created for barbecues, play and relaxation. Corten steel water features near the garden room provide a relaxing ambience.

An irrigation system has been installed to help maintain the soft planting and a lighting scheme brings the area to life at night, highlighting the existing brick boundary walls, the planted areas, the steps and hot tub decking.
