• Initial visit & consultation
  A project workflow typically begins with an initial visit and consultation. During this stage, we will have the opportunity to meet and understand each other. We will take the time to learn about your preferences, likes, dislikes, and overall vision for your garden. In addition, we will discuss your expected budget and the timeframe for the project.

• Site survey
  After the consultation, a comprehensive site survey is conducted. This helps to ensure that the creative design process is optimised and that practical considerations are addressed. Additionally, future grounds maintenance needs are assessed, providing an even better understanding of how to approach the design.

• Drawings
  Our designers will spend time in the studio developing concepts based on the initial meeting and site survey. At a second meeting, we will present sketches, scaled plan drawings, and elevations to demonstrate our proposals.

• Specification and quotation
  Once the proposals have been agreed upon, a detailed specification and quotation will be created. This will include a breakdown of every stage of the project, as well as associated costs, providing a clear schedule on how the garden design will be realised.

• Planning
  With the quotation agreed, the planning details will be fine-tuned. We will provide you with a full timescale of the project, including target dates and daily working hours.

• Project Build
  The project build will begin with the deconstruction of the existing garden. We understand that this can be a nervous time for clients, so we double-check all design measurements and lay clear markers on the site for the new design. This allows you to see the desired plan starting to become a reality. The construction process will begin, starting with creating levels, followed by retaining walls and steps, and any garden or water features. Finally, any paved areas will be added.

• Planting
  Planting is often the most enjoyable step of the project as you begin to see your garden design come to life.

• Completion
  Once the project is complete, everything is tidied up and swept, and final quality checks have been made. We present you with your beautifully designed and expertly constructed new garden.

• Maintenance
  We understand that maintaining your garden is important, so we provide tailored schedules and quotations for future garden maintenance and lawn care packages. We also provide key aftercare notes and are available to answer any further questions you may have about looking after your new garden design.
