Invoking the right to be forgotten

Once you no longer deal with our business, any electronic data held on the web server is automatically deleted after 365 days or sooner, however Customer records including email and any accountancy and product sale details will be held for as long as is reasonably required as per the current accounting & VAT laws in the UK.

If you are a previous client, please contact us to check if we hold data belonging to you so we can ensure it is deleted.

Third party organisations that we share data with

In every case we only do this if there is a lawful reason do so, which is always with regard to processing orders and required data sharing to do that, and for the purpose of sending marketing materials to you if you have given consent. These organisations have their own privacy policy, over which we have no control.
